Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange, please contact us via Instagram DM or our email id - enaayastudio@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Exchange Fee: ₹150 per exchange.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns and exchanges will be issued as an Enaaya store credit coupon, which can be used on future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or incorrect item? We're here to help.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and share:

• A clear unboxing video (mandatory)

• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit, as applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
