• 1. Is it safe for sensitive skin?

  Yes, patch testing is a good practice for jewellery, especially if you have sensitive skin. While our pieces are crafted with hypoallergenic materials to minimise irritation, individual reactions can vary. We recommend wearing a new piece for a short period in a discreet area first to ensure it doesn't cause any discomfort. If you experience any irritation, remove the jewellery immediately.

• 2. Can I wear it everyday?

  Yes, our pieces are designed for everyday wear. However, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume to extend its life.

• 3. How long does it take to deliver?

  Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

• 4. What is your return/exchange policy?

  We accept exchanges for jewelry pieces within 3 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credit coupons.
  
  If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us through Instagram DM or email us at @enaayastudio@gmail.com with an unboxing video as documentation. This helps us process your claim quickly.

• 5. How should I store my jewellery?

  Preserve your jewellery by storing it in the provided box, away from moisture, direct sunlight, and perfumes. After wearing, gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

• 6. Same Day Delivery?

  For same day delivery in Delhi NCR, place your order before 1 pm and we'll deliver it through Porter the same day, extra charges for porter will apply.
