For exchanges, please note the following eligibility requirements:

If you receive a damaged product, report the issue within 3 days of delivery. You must provide a clear unboxing video as proof of damage.

For all other exchange requests, submit within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Approved exchanges will be credited as a coupon code.

Requests submitted without an unboxing video for damage claims, or after 3 days from delivery, will not be eligible for exchange.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days across India.
