We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are only accepted if the product is received damaged.

To be eligible for an exchange:
* The issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
* A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage.
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Requests made without an unboxing video or after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 3-7 business days across India.

*Store in a dry place
*Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use
